The Florida Ethics Institute is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization formed to protect and advance the cause of ethics in government in the Sunshine State by providing education, training, and information services to public officials and employees and to the public they serve. The financial support of donors is essential to this mission. All donations made to the Florida Ethics Institute are tax deductible.

Pursuant to the requirements of s. 112.3148 and 112.3215, F.S., the Florida Ethics Institute does not solicit, nor will it accept, any contribution of any amount from a vendor of FSU or from any lobbyist or the principal, partner, firm, or employer of a lobbyist in Florida.
